You should be able to go into your account and choose what "type" of ads you want to show/not show. You can take out particular categories that might be serving the types of ads you don't want, but to summarize - there is not one particular ad showing on your site that you can remove - it just cycles through lots of ads on each page refresh.<br /> <br /> This looks like you're using Google Ads and they are random.
